Affiliate Agreement

1. Independent relationship
HealthyFitsMe may participate in affiliate programs operated by merchants or affiliate networks. Participation does not make HealthyFitsMe an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venture partner or legal representative of the merchant unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.
2. Program registration
HealthyFitsMe may apply to, join, or discontinue affiliate programs at its discretion, subject to the applicable network or merchant terms. Each program may have its own approval rules, commission structure, prohibited practices and payment requirements.
3. Commissions
Where a qualifying transaction is correctly attributed to HealthyFitsMe, a merchant or network may pay a commission according to its program terms. Commission rates, attribution windows, validation periods, payment thresholds and eligible transactions can vary and may change.
4. Order processing and customer service
Merchants are generally responsible for processing orders, payment collection, shipping, returns, refunds and customer service for purchases made on their websites. HealthyFitsMe does not guarantee a merchant's inventory, delivery time, refund decision or customer-service response.
5. Honest promotion
HealthyFitsMe aims to describe products accurately and avoid false guarantees, fabricated testimonials, misleading scarcity, fake discounts or unsupported medical claims. Affiliate compensation is not presented as evidence that a product works.
6. Prohibited traffic and conduct
HealthyFitsMe does not intend to generate affiliate traffic through malware, phishing, forced redirects, deceptive pop-ups, fraudulent transactions, impersonation, spam, unauthorized trademark use, or other conduct prohibited by the relevant program.
7. Intellectual property
Affiliate program participation does not transfer ownership of HealthyFitsMe's original content or branding. Merchant logos, product images, trademarks and other materials are used only where permitted by the relevant program, license or applicable law.
8. Compliance
Affiliate activities should comply with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising requirements and the specific terms of each affiliate program. Where a disclosure is required, HealthyFitsMe aims to make the commercial relationship clear to readers.
9. Termination
HealthyFitsMe may stop promoting a merchant or leave an affiliate program at any time. A merchant or network may also suspend or terminate participation under its own agreement. Ending participation does not automatically erase obligations that are intended to survive termination.
10. Changes to programs
Merchants and networks may change product terms, commission rates, attribution rules, approved promotional methods or other program conditions. HealthyFitsMe does not promise that any particular affiliate arrangement will continue.
11. No product endorsement
Participation in an affiliate program means there is a commercial relationship; it does not mean the merchant has clinically validated HealthyFitsMe's editorial conclusions, nor does it mean HealthyFitsMe guarantees the product's effectiveness or safety.
