HEALTHYFITSME

Editorial Policy

The principles HealthyFitsMe uses to plan, research, write, review and update health information.

Last updated: September 2026

Our editorial principle: Health information should help a reader understand the evidence, the uncertainty and the practical context—not simply push a purchase.

1. Purpose and scope

This policy applies to HealthyFitsMe health guides, research explainers, ingredient discussions, product information and other editorial pages. It describes our intended editorial standards rather than promising that every page is perfect.

2. Reader-first structure

We aim to answer the reader's actual question early, use clear headings, avoid unnecessary repetition and separate educational information from commercial calls to action.

3. Sources

Depending on the subject, useful sources may include government health agencies, recognized medical or scientific organizations, peer-reviewed literature, clinical-trial records, manufacturer documentation and other credible primary or secondary sources. Source quality depends on the claim being investigated.

4. Evidence and claims

We try to distinguish among established information, emerging evidence, manufacturer claims, anecdotal reports and unresolved questions. Evidence about an individual ingredient is not automatically evidence that a particular finished supplement works in the same way.

5. Product information

When covering a product, we may examine the stated ingredients, directions, pricing information, refund terms, manufacturer claims and available evidence. We aim to identify what comes from the product seller and what comes from independent sources.

6. Health and safety language

We avoid presenting supplements as substitutes for diagnosis or treatment. Safety considerations, possible interactions and populations who should seek professional advice are included when supported and relevant.

7. Updates and corrections

Pages may be updated when a material fact changes, a product formulation changes, an important source becomes available, or an error is identified. We prefer correcting a factual problem rather than silently preserving inaccurate information.

8. Affiliate transparency

Some product pages may contain affiliate links. Commercial relationships are disclosed and are not treated as evidence of effectiveness. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

9. Originality

HealthyFitsMe aims to create original explanations and site structures. We may quote or summarize external material when appropriate, but we do not intend to reproduce competitor pages or pass third-party material off as original.

10. Editorial independence

Commercial availability does not determine whether a topic is worth explaining. Our goal is to build useful health resources first and place product information within the relevant topic context.
